Responsibilities:
- Implement technical SEO optimizations for websites.
- Conduct general website maintenance, including updates, backups, and security enhancements.
- Update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, or functionality problems.
- Collaborate with our international team to implement new features or improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with web development trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Provide reliable and consistent support to ensure website functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a web developer, preferably as an independent contractor.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and website builders.
- Knowledge of web hosting and server configurations.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve website issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
