A Day in the Life of an Account Coordinator
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on projects and campaigns.
- Prepare and share proactive reports with clients to keep them informed of progress and results.
- Respond to client inquiries and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all project deliverables are met on time and according to client specifications.
- Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and availability.
- Facilitate effective communication and information sharing within the team.
- Maintain project timelines and deadlines, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Monitor project progress and identify any bottlenecks or challenges that may impact delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments or external vendors to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Collect and analyze relevant data to assess the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to inform decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing the findings and recommendations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing files and documents.
Within the Accounts department, you’ll work closely with other Account Managers, as well as various members of our SEO, PPC, and Paid Social teams.
We communicate through Slack and manage workloads through Teamwork (our project management platform).
This is a contractor position starting at $25/hour and 10 hours a week, with room to grow.

Prior Experience:
- 1+ years of experience working in digital marketing or similar role
- Experience coordinating digital marketing projects
- Experience in client or account management, or customer service
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles
- Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace tools
- Prior remote work experience required
- Previous agency internship or experience a plus
